5.0The view of the sunset was lovely.
− We chose this property based on the advertised feature of a fire pit. But, upon arrival, there was no wood supplied for said fire pit (which was listed as a key facility and the reason we chose Sunsets). Upon messaging the hosts asking where the firewood was, we were advised that firewood was not supplied to guest for the fire pit. Further, it was suggested to us to go to the store and purchase firewood. We found this suggestion insulting. However, we decided to give in and go buy some - because the fire was something we were really looking forward to. After spending $40 on firewood that we should never have had to buy - it was too damp to light. Unfortunately, we found the lack of wood for a fire that is advertised as quite misleading. This left us disappointed because we found it in bad faith.

− Furnishings a little "tired". Pre-warning about drinking water being boiled rainwater would have been appreciated. Beautiful location, but well out of Coles Bay in small housing settlement.

Spacious accomodation, comfortable enough with a view and very handy to explore the area
7.0Location was handy for exploring the area, spacious kitchen and lounge, seperate toilet which was nice and good shower room. A reasonbale view which would improve if the trees were pruned.
− The bed was somewhat firm and not that comfortable, the frypans need to be thrown out and new ones provided, the outside area was unkept and septic tank needs attention
