− I wish to file a formal complaint against the host. The apartment was advertised on booking.com as having air conditioning, but after check-in I discovered that the AC was intentionally restricted and unusable. The host refused to fix the issue and told us to either accept the apartment or leave. We were forced to leave within 30 minutes losing 400 GEL. The host also pressured us to cancel the reservation so he could re-rent the property. I believe this is a case of misleading advertising and unfair business practices. I respectfully request that booking.com investigate this matter and issue an appropriate refund. The host insisted on cash payment only, leaving no payment record or proof for guest. This practice puts customers at a serious disadvantage and raises concerns about transparency. I respectfully ask booking.com to investigate this host and take appropriate action to protect future guests. I have an excellent booking history and have never experienced or reported such an issue before

− Предложили аппартаменты отличающиеся от от указанных на booking. Предложенные были сильно прокурены и без возможности припарковать авто хотя бы в 5 минутах

9.0В целом, все хорошо и расположение и достаточно чисто. В номере есть все необходимое для отдыха семьей. Хозяин разрешил продлить на полдня наше проживание, за это отдельное спасибо!

10.0We had a wonderful stay in Batumi – we spent 9 nights here and were very happy with our choice. We came to relax and enjoy our holiday, and this place was perfect for that. We felt comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. The hosts were very kind, friendly, and always ready to help whenever needed. Batumi left us with many beautiful memories, and our stay was a very pleasant part of the trip. Of course, there were a few small things that could be improved, but they absolutely did not affect our mood or our holiday experience. Thank you very much for your hospitality and warm welcome. We would happily return again and recommend this place to other travelers looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Batumi.
