8.0Loved the atmosphere and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.
− Would’ve loved a space like a bar to have a beer instead of the reception area or my room. Also I left a bottle of cider from Aomori in my fridge but I didn’t receive any response saying they had it or not despite me sending an email as soon as I realised. The 20 mins bus from central is too long for a just in case. Anyway I’m due to leave soon so I’ll have to leave it behind; unfortunately to a pleasant stay.

Traditional hotel, great food, very friendly staff.
9.0We stayed at hotel Tamanoyu as part of our honeymoon and loved the whole experience. We had a very good dinner, and we also booked the Japanese breakfast - fantastic food with very fresh products. The hotel also has a little music concert every night, it was a great way to connect with local culture. We warmly recommend this hotel.
