10.0Absolutely amazing. Room's are beautifully presented, the views are next to none. The beach straight across the road.. Fishing not to bad either. The owner is an absolute gentleman, lovely to talk to and helpful in every way... Loved my stay there... will be back in summer...

Boutique accommodation for the discerning traveler
10.0Beautifully presented boutique accommodation which is a stone's throw from the beach. This was my second stay while working in Opotiki and I will gladly come back on my next trip.

1.0− To nosey, needs to communicate with booking.com in relation to pets, I read review of this place being pet friendly, the only reason I booked this place, to get there and the owner saying he wasnt notified of my pets. However because this was already paid for we could stay. The room smelt of smoke, I have just come home to him txtn where his cups are, if he looks I washed them maybe put them in the wrong cupboard ... using initiative to look, feeling like he thinks I took them. Will never stay here again
