− Extremely disappointing stay and terrible customer service. The staff was rude and completely unhelpful. Upon check-in, we found the air conditioning wasn't working. When we reported it, we were told the climate control was centralized and set to heat, leaving our room suffocatingly hot with zero ventilation. For four days, two different staff members failed to coordinate or fix the issue, leaving us in uncomfortable conditions for our entire stay. When we escalated the issue to Booking.com, they informed us that hotel management refused to respond to them. Booking.com offered a partial 10% refund, but our follow-up messages have been ignored ever since. Easily the worst hotel experience I’ve had. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
