Unexpected surprise
8.0Hotel is so relaxing, spacious with lovely pools and green spaces . I wish I had more days.. staff wonderful and helpful The hotel doesnt offer free airport shuttle . I would definitely recommend.
Good hotel let down by little details.
8.0The Hotel is good, staff in particular are very pleasant and service is good, however A/C in room could have been more effective, shower needed attention, and the WiFi was poor.

4.0We booked and prepaid for a deluxe suite but got a standard room while the recepionist told us at check in that the shower was broken in the suite and offerred 2 separate rooms and to split our family which of course was not posible. After entering the standard room we found that the TV was not working, the shower is broken, light above the bed is flickering and curtain is torned. We waited about an hour till the maintenance guy will come from home to fix it and evevtually after 3 hours we were moved to a diffetent standard room where everything was OK except a smell of sewer coming from the shower. The recepionist was very passive and needed to ask her boss for everything. No compensation was offerred and i demanded to at list check out at 3 PM instead of noon in order to enjoy the pools and water glide that were the only point of light in that resort. I think that it is in good location and has the potential but maintained poorly.
Convenient for airport
8.0Stayed overnight for early flight. The free shuttle is a taxi that reception calls for you but they do have a contract and are reliable with a 5-10 minute drive . The bed was comfortable and room clean. The big plus was the staff , all of them were fantastically friendly. The bar serves food until 1130pm. Other than the resort there is nothing near as it is situated on a motorway just outside Pristina

10.0We used this hotel just for morning departure from airport. So we couldn't use the resort area with pools. The location is good for airport as it's only some 5 min drive away. It's probably good place for just a holiday out from Prishtina with nice water park and great outdoor area. Rooms of hotel were very good and same about service. We had different information about airport transfers but they agreed with our written confirmation and everything was sorted out fast.
