8.0Estrutura do hotel muito boa. Contudo sentimos falta de serviço de berço e banheira para bebê que o hotel não oferece. Estacionamento cobrado a parte.

8.0Não consegui travar a saída de ar das palhetas. Qdo cheguei no café a máquina do capuchino estava sem funcionar. Mas fui muito bem atendido. O pessoal foi muito atencioso. Após conserto me levaram o café na minha mesa. Obrigado pela atenção. Bom dia! Paz e bem.

4.0O hotel é razoável, faltou preparo, chegamos e só havia 1 toalha de banho no quarto e nenhuma de resto, tivemos que ir pedir na recepção. O quarto é espaçoso, mas o banheiro precisa de um pouco de manutenção, a porta de vidro do box não para fechada, assim como a porta do banheiro tb não para aberta, tive que colocar um chinelo de peso de porta pra conseguir secar o cabelo sem a porta ficar fechando em mim. Um pouco barulhento também e o corredor tinha cheiro estranho.
