This hotel/inn was misrepresented. We found no Spa. The Inn had Very few amenities

− 9-12-2025 / 9-17-2025 CUMBERLAND INN & SPA. Nice location, but the room leaves much to be desired. They provided no tissues, no glasses, no refrigerator, no ice, no TV remote and a light switch that did not work. Room 8 is in a dingy attic with the most uncomfortable bed I have experienced in a hotel. A double bed where each person rolled toward the middle. The double bed was about 3 ft high, no stool to help a person to get into bed. At 5'2" it was hard for me to get into bed w/o my husbands help. We took the only room they had with a private bath on the 3rd / 4th floor, (60 STEPS) Supposingly the inn was full but we have only seen two couples. They advertise that they have a spa, we never saw the spa nor did we see anything about the spa. The downstairs lounge had a TV, but again, no remote for that TV either. This was a 4 day stay. It was an experience, but for one time only.

A unique hotel. Interior was nice, clean, baths were nice.
7.0There was an issue with the cooling in our original room. Kerry was very accomidating and offered a different room in another section. Over all for the price it was a good place to stay. Very unique.
− Rm #9 My bed wasn't comfy at all. Felt like I was sleeping downhill. Would be nice to control the ac in the room. As it was a tad to cool.
