6.0Iris premier had initially captured our imagination and really met with all our expectations in terms of realizing money's worth. However last two visits(18, 2019)have been disappointing. Service, cleanliness, comfort standards have noticebly declined while tariff hit the roof. Service standards are absymal, though staff are very polite and cordial there's always annoying delay in execution. No hot water let alone warm water in the washroom, often smelly. Food very expensive, overall tarriff higher in comparison to the services

4.0While CheckIn, Hotel Staff mentioned Breakfast is not included while at the time of booking it was showing breakfast is included. Also the hotel staff is not so customer friendly. When ordered room service, the staff was calling number of times and asking extra water is chargeable which we said ok in first place when ordered room service. It's annoying that staff is calling number of times for confirming water charges.
