10.0Tudo perfeito! O castelo é lindo! Os quartos bem equipados, limpos e extremamente confortáveis! O vinho é delicioso! A piscina maravilhosa! O cafe da manha muito bom! O jantar da chef foi maravilhoso! Comunicação maravilhosa e super solícitos!
Very confortable stay in a fascinating town

5.0- Freundlichkeit des Personals (speziell Kellnerin aus der Tschechei sowie der Mann an der Gepäckannahme) - Sauberkeit
− - es wurde einem nichts erklärt, wann / wo das Essen stattfindet. - Ebenfalls muss man auf selbstständige Art und Weise erkunden, wo sich das Pool etc. befindet. - leider kann der Hotelmanager nicht grüssen und spricht auch kein englisch (muss er in italien fairerweise gesagt aber auch nicht) Die Freundlichkeit bei diesem Herren lässt trotzdem zu wünsche übrig und man fühlt sich irgendwie nicht willkommen.
Restful stay, great room and beautiful surroundings
9.0Beautiful place and view, great walkable areas and very quiet. SPA is a nice addition although for a fee and limited to an hour. Good breakfast with nice personnel. The room we had was great and spacious!
− Check-in could be better. The desk is a small nook, doesn’t really welcome guests. Signage is absent, we had to guess where to go, park, check-in and even how to open the gate to get out of the property.
Dreaming of a castle stay - this is it!
9.0While you are not actually sleeping in the castle, the accommodations make you feel as if you are. And the castle structure and grounds creates a magical experience.
− Overall the communication between the staff and the opportunities available on property lacked. With no one at the desk you did not even know who to ask. This made the stay less welcoming.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours as follows:
