10.0The parking was the only difficulty - finding the actual car park, and organising the parking permit. Better info should have been sent via Hotels,com. Staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, and dealt with all other issues effectively.

6.0The Parking available? Definitely NOT ! Impossible to approach the hotel by car because of the one-way streets all around the hotel. Prepare to find a parking first and then carry all your luggage to the hotel. The staff wasn’t very helpful to find a solution. After a long and stressful trip, to be confronted with a guy at the desk who didn’t seem to know a solution to my problem or didn’t want to help, was very upsetting. The shower was not well made, so the water ran to the bathroom floor instead of in the drain. The cover of the toilet seat was broken and remained broken during our 3 days stay. 3 stars.
