6.0Precisa melhorar simpatia na recepcao que é uma área extremante sensível. A tia da limpeza é um amor, deveria colocar ela para atender os hóspedes. Localização muito boa, porém tem problema pra estacionar. Café da manhã ótimo. Quarto que fiquei não tem cabeceira na cama, então quem sofre com isso, precisa atentar!

6.0A Vista para a gruta é perfeita! O ar-condicionado desligou sozinho e não resfriou o suficiente e o calor era absurdo. Uma das janelas do quarto estava com defeito. Não há interruptores individuais na varanda, portanto, o quarto continua sendo iluminado durante toda a noite, dificultando um sono saudável. Havia baratas de geladeira nos alimentos do café da manhã

6.0O hotel estava bem limpo e bem cuidado, porém tinha algumas baratas bem pequenas no quarto. Café da manhã muito bom. Só o estacionamento que fica no meio da rua.

8.0Bom hotel, recepcao preparada, quartos e camas condizem com o esperado, mas quarto sem interfone ou telefone e o Cafe da manha precisa melhorar muito, muito mesmo. Sem sabor, pouca opção e baixa qualidade nas materias primas.
