Tivemos de contactar para nos enviarem os códigos mesmo após a hora suposta. - o ar condicionado não subia dos 17°c em pleno outubro, com temperaturas à noite de 10°C na rua. Contactámos por mensagem e chamada várias vezes sem resposta atempadamente.

− Stair with rug was a bit dangerous due to being loose when we got there but notifies staff and they took care of it within 24hrs! Stairs are steep and there are a lot!

Öncelikle tesisin konumu oldukça iyiydi ve ulaşım son derece rahattı. Giriş süreciyle ilgili detaylı ve anlaşılır bilgilendirmeler yapıldığı için tesisi bulmak ve giriş yapmak oldukça kolay oldu. Konaklama boyunca ihtiyaç duyabileceğimiz her şey tesiste mevcuttu. Her şey açıklamalarda belirtildiği gibiydi ve herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Genel olarak oldukça rahat ve sorunsuz bir konaklama deneyimi geçirdik.

− Konaklama boyunca yaşadığımız en büyük sorun tesisin aşırı soğuk olmasıydı. Bilgilendirme kitapçığında klimaların 20°C’de sabit olarak çalıştığı ve sıcaklığa müdahale edilemediği belirtiliyordu. Ancak oda sıcaklığı kesinlikle 20°C değildi; odadaki termostat 15°C gösteriyordu. Bu durumu tesise mesajla bildirmeme rağmen hiçbir geri dönüş alamadım. Klimayı kapatmamıza rağmen tesis kanalın hemen yanında bulunduğu için oda hâlâ çok soğuktu. Özellikle gece boyunca soğuktan oldukça rahatsız olduk. Bir diğer olumsuzluk ise giriş süreciyle ilgiliydi. Saat 15.00’ten önce giriş yapma talebim için müsaitlik durumunu kontrol edip bana geri dönüş yapacaklarını belirtmişlerdi. Ancak herhangi bir bilgilendirme yapılmadı. Saat 14.00 civarında tesise ulaştığımda ortak alana girebildim fakat saat 15.00’ten önce odaya giriş yapamayacağım söylendi. Erken giriş konusunda değerlendirme yapılıp dönüş sağlanacağı söylenmesine rağmen bunun gerçekleşmemesi hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Eğer saat 15.00’ten önce kesinlikle giriş yapılamıyorsa, bunun en başından açıkça belirtilmesi çok daha doğru olurdu. Özellikle ısınma sorununun çözülmemesi ve mesajlarıma yanıt verilmemesi, konaklama deneyimimizi olumsuz etkiledi.

− Tv remote did not work Air worked but we were cold and couldn’t warm the room Stairs were not clean Pictures make it look new and modern but it wasn’t No staff at the property didn’t see another person so as 2 females we didn’t feel safe

Great location if you want to wake up in Venice, but watch your step on the stairs!

Great location, right next to the Grand Canal and a short walk from the bus station (Piazzale Roma) and train station (Santa Lucia). Clean, comfortable room with nice furnishings.

− The stairs to the building were covered in an ancient red carpet that was overlapping and not secured, with several metal stair rods actually loose and part-way across the steps, which was a serious trip-hazard. This really needs fixing otherwise someone could have a nasty accident if they fall down the stone staircase.

Great location, but expensive . Quite shabby.

− No lift, one glass,no tissues. Carpet on stairs dirty and not secured properly, making it a trip hazard.
