Excelente hotel, pero negligente en seguridad y asistencia médica a los deportistas
7.0Es la segunda vez que me alojo en este hotel ya que cuenta con una ubicación inmejorable para practicar kitesurf, la comida es de gran calidad y el personal del día a día es muy amable.
− Sufrí un percance practicando kitesurf y necesité un chequeo médico. Al solicitar asistencia al hotel para el traslado al centro médico, se desentendieron de la situación, obligándome a contratar y pagar un transfer privado por mi cuenta. Siendo un hotel donde el 90% de los huéspedes somos deportistas de riesgo, es inadmisible que el establecimiento no cuente con un protocolo gratuito de traslado de emergencia o asistencia médica básica. Un hotel de esta categoría no debería obviar esta situación, y aún menos debido a la distancia hacia cualquier servicio médico básico. Por otro lado dejo una queja menor… pagar 3/4 euros por un café según si es la barra de la zona de Kite o la barra del comedor es algo desorbitado.

10.0Hotel room, location, food and service were exceptional!
− The KBC kite school didn't meet my expectations, in comparison to other KBC locations (such as Egypt and Lisbon), they weren't very helpful or engaged in creating a community - they only serve as a storage space, but they don't really help much with kite setup or recommendations on which kite size to take, and they didn't help arrange any visits to Speed or Secret spot, we had to do this externally. We also lost some gear and they didn't show any interest in helping find it and wouldn't even reply to whatsapp messages. Overall hotel is lovely though, wish they would improve the kite school service.

− Estuvimos una semana y no nos cambiaban las toallas, teníamos que ir siempre a recepción a pedir que nos las cambiarán, y los botes del champú del baño tampoco nos lo rellenaban
