Nice apartment, but not much flexibility when it comes to check in and assistance at the property
7.0The apartment is nice and clean, there is everything needed for the stay. The location is close to the university so it was quite convenient.
− The check-in is a bit late, I was initially told that there was a possibility of checking-in earlier, but when I asked for it, they said it was not available for the day I had my booking. There is no place to store the luggage if you arrive earlier, so I ended up carrying my suitcase around the town for some hours (while other people from the conference had a possibility to either check in into their hotels earlier or leave the luggage at the reception). There are no staff available at the property and everything is done via messages, including self-check in. It is hard to reach anyone after 4pm, even though they left emergency phone number. I learned that I prefer more traditional hotels with staff that is present and available to assist.
