− The fact no beds were made besides the main room. There was 7 guests total and nothing was ready. Uncomfortable bed. A tv that was terribly small and no wifi. Have to pay for your own wifi. Crazy. Paid $2200 for 2 nights, most overpriced hotel I’ve ever paid for and was the worst.

− No linen provided. Pillow, bedding left on the floor. All bathroom and toilet bins are full of used sanitary napkins left.
