Perfect stay for holidays in Lijiang
10.0Everything was perfect! The Host was a pair of friendly and lovely couple. It's beyond the expectations. The room is super clean and having a modern Japanese renovation. I love having tea with them including Qiang ge. While my kids love their friendly and smart dog (chai chai). It even send us out when we check out. They treat us like a family. We love you guys. You all really make our holiday a memorable one. Lastly, it's super highly recommended to all. Location perfect. 5 Stars! Bed very comfortable. 5 Stars! Host (Couple) I'll give a 10 stars! Keep it up and hope will see you again when we visit Yunnan

− Ci sono stati dei problemi di incomprensione per il transfert, quindi ho dovuto prendere l'autobus e non riuscivo a trovare il posto. Ma lo staff meraviglioso che si è accorto dell'errore mi ha aiutato tantissimo. Lo staff è meraviglioso

4.0L'habitació era perfecte per al nen.
− Ubicació booking incorrecte. Ubicació sorollosa a la nit. Al arribar la dutxa no funcionava, l'endemà no tenia casi aigua calenta. No ens van fer l'habitació un dels dies. Té rentadora però no secadora ni lloc per estendre la roba. Pel mateix preu hi han coses millor.

− 古城の中にあり、かなり歩く。スーツケースを運ぶのが他のホテルだとあるが、このホテルはなく自分でお金を払って外の人にお願いする必要がありサービスが悪い。 値段も他のホテルより高い。ツアーなども高い為、他で予約した方がいい。
