3.0The place, the food and the free parking for the guest.
− We could hear the noise of machinery in the room; we assumed it was coming from the kitchen or the boiler. Also, the shower didn't work—it was only possible to take a bath. It was a disappointment.

A comfortable stay in a town centre hotel with helpful staff and good menus.
8.0The room was very comfortable as was the bed. Staff were helpful. We dined there on three evenings, the menu was good and the portions generous . Ample safe parking. Everything very clean.
− The breakfast menu is extensive and again generous but could be varied to include a lighter option such as fresh fruit salad, porridge , yoghurt, cheese etc for those who don't want to eat a cooked dish.
Good service and food. Staff very good.
8.0Lovely room but did not get walk in shower as requested. Shower and bath were needing some attention. We did bring this to the attention of staff when we left.
