7.0- La ubicación y la amabilidad de Joaquín. - El ventilador del techo, que con las altas temperaturas resulta imprescindible.
− - No estaba muy limpio. Había telarañas e incluso algún bicho. - El desayuno: calidad muy justa (productos de Mercadona) y poca variedad.

3.0Quiet, even too much, we were only guests in the hotel. The owner was friendly, but reachable only by phone.
− Were no receptions, no personal. Breakfast was bread, yoghurt and coffee and dishes were tumbed on the table. It was named a hotel, but it was not. It was a guesthouse, casa rural.
Wir haben uns so unwohl und auch getäuscht gefühlt, dass wir nach der ersten Nacht abgereist sind.
3.0− Die Ausstattung der Räumlichkeiten war alt, ungepflegt und teilweise beschädigt (zum Beispiel waren die Wände schmutzig, am Fernseher war eine Ecke abgebrochen und das Regal im Bad hing nach unten). Das war leider kein schönes Hotel, wie auf der booking.com-Seite angekündigt, sonden vermittelte den Eindruck einer etwas herunter gekommenen Studenden-WG. Der Gastgeber stand als Ansprechpartner nicht zur Verfügung und war auch nicht telefonisch erreichbar. Unsere Stornierungsanfrage am Ankunftstag wurde ohne Kommentar zurück gewiesen.

8.0Las vistas que teníamos a la hora de desayunar (Villa II Liquidámbar)
− En lo que respecta al desayuno, poco tomate triturado (no llegaba para las tres habitaciones) y pan industrial.
