8.0I ragazzi volontari molto disponibili e simpatici, dovrebbero essere pagati per tutto il duro lavoro che svolgono, gratis. Una bella parte esterna e interna per socializzare. Curata e pulita. Cucina ben attrezzata. Stanza nel basement, orrenda, senza luce ne aria, mentre la parte alta è ben curata e si respira.
− La prima notte ho dormito in una camerata con molti letti, in una specie di piano sotto terra, basement, con una piccola finestra, semiaperta a vasistas, date le misure e la quantità di persone che dormivano nella stanza, si moriva di caldo e non c'era aria. Direi che una situazione del genere in Italia sarebbe totalmente illegale, ossia non a norma di legge, c'era un uscita di sicurezza sbarrata, sigillata! Succede qualcosa... va tutto in fumo, anche la reputazione dell'ostello. Manderei un bel controllo a verificare le condizioni e la sicurezza del luogo. Mentre al piano superiore, anche se con tanti letti e spazi piccoli, perlomeno si respirava.

− Uff. The staff. The lack of cleaning (my bed smelled to sweat). Bathrooms were disgusting. Breakfast with no quality, no organization and somehow dirty. Who had the idea to put 15 people on a garage??

5.0Es gibt zwei Küchen, kochen ist möglich; ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Die Betten sind jeweils mit Elektrik ausgestattet.
− Mag das Personal auch nett und bemüht sein: Bei einem Zimmer für 42 Euro die Nacht, in einem Stockbett im Keller mit 11 Personen, finde ich eigenartig, wenn ich diskutieren muss, ob ich meine Sportwäsche nach einem Tagesmarsch irgendwo durchwaschen kann... Das habe ich wirklich noch in keinem Hostel - und schon gar nicht zu so einem Preis - erlebt. Selbst jede Pilgerherberge für 10 Euro die Nacht hat eine Waschmaschine oder eine Waschgelegenheit. Da auf den Angebotstext hinzuweisen "da steht nicht, dass man Wäsche waschen kann" finde ich unverschämt.... Wie zudem Surfbretter natürlich abgespült werden können... Es gibt Dinge, die sind einfach eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Da muss man ja froh sein, dass das Wasser in der Dusche warm war - denn das stand da auch nicht....
