8.0Location is good and its quiet with nice grounds and staff. Breakfast is good and again, staff helpful.
− Upon arrival tv, heating and kettle not working. All light sockets lose so adapter kept falling out...linens on bed were old and stained but clean. Staff fixed tv and heating....they were prompt and helpful. I've stayed here many times and have loved it and will stay again but it needs some work in the rooms so everything works and new bedspread and linens. Again, linens and outlets were the issues...all easy to fix. I love this place because the staff is really nice and owner is terrific....its so close to thamel but secluded so you can rest at any time day or night.

10.0The best place to stay in the area. Within a matter of seconds you leave the chaos of Thamel into the peaceful resort. Monkeys ofter stopped by which was the highlight of our trip.

But the room was very small with in this budget, I think in that area we have too many great options also after midnight it was shouting guys in my next room I have called them please see they were saying manage means that's the horrible answer I can get ...

Also one thing at the time of billing they were saying we will charge extra if I will do the payment by card ( nepali card ) and I have given the extra amount , moral of the story ... only kitchen staff were good rest in this budget we can have more good options , thank u
