2.0It is not a hotel , it is a residence , why it is advertised as a hotel! There was no ramp for the luaggages , there was no receptionist. They added multiple hidden fees , and when I discussed with them they said it is there in the website. The receptionist showed up 10 min later and he was an example of the poor customer service. He does not know how to communicate. I paid already for breakfast and 3 people to stay and they insist that I hav to pay 12 US dollars if I want to stay. I paid for breakfast and they had my family to pay again for it. The elevator is in mid level and you have to use stairs to go to your room. The location was unfoundable by Uber drivers and they cancelled 3 times. There were cracks on the walls , also kids playing in the streets with noise. The view was unpleasant when we opened the windows, for empty land with lot of garbage. I highly recommend that this place to be taken out the website. I’m planning to file a complaint in Egyptian tourism office. Such a horrible experience.
