4.0Check-in am Eingang hat nicht funktioniert; nach einloggen ins WiFi hat es dann jedoch über das Handy gekappt. Ein Bettlaken vom Doppelbett hatte ein großes Loch am Fußende, zweites hatte Flecken. Bettlaken für das Schlafsofa wurde erst nach paar Tagen ins Zimmer gebracht. Seife in der Dusche wurde nicht nachgefüllt.

2.0Værelser holder ikke hvad der lægges op til. Prisen står ikke mål med hvad man kan forvente Vi havde et komfort værelse og blev indlogeret på et kvistværelse. Ingen reception der kan eller vil modtage klager. Hele hotellet er beskidt. Rengøring på værelset bliver heller ikke udført. Blot byttet håndklæder.Ekstra indkøbt morgenmad en katastrofe Ingen mulighed for at køle varer ned når der ikke kan købes på stedet.
