Schade das der zuerst sehr gute Eindruck den ich hatte getrübt wurde durch das fehlende Engagement
6.0Der neue Speiseraum war schön eingerichtet, das Frühstück war sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Höchdzens Lachs und ein Gläschen Sekt hat mir persönlich gefehlt. Die Mitarbeiter der Küche waren auch sehr freundlich. Die neu gestalteten Zimmer sind sehr schön geworden.
− Das es keine Möglichkeit eines „Late Check out“ gab, die Junge Dame die am Samstag morgen am Empfang war, wirkte nicht sehr kompetent und an ihrer Freundlichkeit sollte sie ebenfalls noch etwas arbeiten. Wenn angeblich alle Einzelzimmer ausgebucht waren (wollte vlt noch eine Nacht verlängern) dann hätte sie mir zumindest ein Doppelzimmer anbieten können. Auch das kam ihr nicht in den Sinn.

− Supposed to have a bar Breakfast room in full sun. No shade anywhere. Really uncomfortable.
