9.0I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I really loved the location—it’s quiet, peaceful, and conveniently close to many landmarks, making it easy to explore the city. Thank you so much for the complimentary room upgrade. It was a lovely surprise and made my stay even more enjoyable. A very special thank you to Ernest, who went above and beyond to help me throughout my stay. He assisted me with my car rental and even helped arrange my transportation to the airport due to the situation in Kuwait. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made a difference. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. It was delicious, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Most importantly, every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel at home. I truly appreciate everything and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

− 1- يحتاج المكان إلى تطوير من حيث الأثاث الذي أستهلك كثيراً بما فيهم الزل في الغرف 2- مواقف السيارات قليلة مقارنة بعدد الغرف .. إضافة إلى فرض تسليم مفتاح السيارة إلى الموظف إجباراً ورغبتي في عدم تسليم ريموت التشغيل للسيارة .. وقد حدث لي وللمرة الثالثة في هذا المكان تعطل بطارية السيارة . 3- بركة السباحة وما يخيطها من ( الشيشة ) إضافة إلى أنها باردة جداً
