Beautiful central hotel

The renovation of the centuries-old building and courtyards were tasteful and the decor was charming. The staff were professional and very helpful. The location is only two blocks from the cathedral and Zocolo. Street noise was not an issue. There are many nearby dining options. The hotel is divided between two adjacent courtyards with four rooms above the first courtyard and other rooms on the ground and upper floor of the further courtyard. The dining room is also used for meetings and banquets. There is also a nice bar that fronts on the street in which you can eat. We were there for five nights in two rooms on the first courtyard. Our second room, the Presidential Suite (112), allowed cross ventilation between the courtyards through the large front and rear doors prior to closing them for the night. That room also has AC, although we didn't use it. Overall we would recommend the hotel. The Booking rates were better than at the desk.

− Our initial room (111) was stuffy and without ventilation, except for a corner tower fan. Okay when the door was open. It would have benefitted from AC. The breakfast, while good, was not generous and consisted of different egg choices. Bread and tortillas cost extra. There is a weekend brunch buffet but that does not come with the room. We did not mind the noise from the dining/meeting area, but it might annoy others. If so, consider rooms on the further courtyard although we didn't stay there.

Amazing staff and food

− Bed terrible squeaking all the time we move the mattress was very old soft . The door of the bathroom is expanded so can’t close very noisy and we need to lift for close

La atención de todo el personal, todos son muy amables, sobre todo la recepcionista del turno vespertino y el señor que recibe las maletas, bueno, en realidad todos fueron muy amables en todo momento. La hospitalidad de las personas que ahí trabajan es extraordinaria, no me equivoque en elegir ese bonito lugar para hospedarme, hizo de mi viaje placentero.

− En unos de los dias pedimos que la persona de la limpieza fuera más tarde, ya que saldríamos un poco más tarde y solo dejo las toallas , pero ese día no fue a realizar el aseo, además que solo.dejo una toalla y éramos dos personas, las otras eran toallas.para secar las manos, fuera de eso, todo bien.

Estupenda experiencia, pero sin son más atentos con el huésped, pueden alcanzar la excelencia.

Estupendo desayuno y ubicación. Gran lugar para visitar el centro de Puebla y alrededores.

− El personal que recibe puede ser más atento. Les hice un par de requerimientos durante mi estadía que fueron perfectamente ignorados. Y su actitud tampoco fue la mejor.

Friendly staff and the rooms are pretty. Location wise is amazing and all the management things are easy to do.

− The rooms don't really have windows and it is just a big house.. so for the price I think is a bit overvalued.
