6.0The check in was the worst most stressful experience I have ever encountered. Never again. The property is in a great location but pretty tired and needs to be modernised. 4 x flights of stairs and no lift. Considering where it is it was q quiet flat.

6.0Location is great, communication was very good. Accommodation was a little tired and scrappy, needs decorating. Booked for 3 people (1 child) but no bedding for the sofa bed?? It was adequate
