2.0DO NOT BOOK WITH URBAN CHIC. We had a booking, the day before they informed us that we had been moved to a different property. We had purposely booked a place with a lift as one of the people in our party had really bad knees and stairs were tough. This new place had a lot of stairs. To make things worse, at 1:45am, a party of 5 people tried to enter the flat - they were also relocated to the same place. We contacted the property manager, were told (in writing) we would get a refund and had to go through Expedia. When I contacted Expedia, they contacted to property and the refund was not granted (even though we have it in writing). Save yourself the hassle. Don't book a Urban chic property.

6.0The apartment size, location and walkability were great. However it was fairly obvious that no one had done an inspection prior to our visit. Communication and follow through were TERRIBLE. We had a major problem that was never resolved. We had NO HOT WATER for the four days we were there. We attempted to get the problem fixed but were ultimately told that Urban Chic has no control over the operations of the building we were in. On the third day we were given the option to move to another location but no offer was made to assist us with the move. I wrote emails to the company and have not received any response in almost three weeks. I have requested some compensation but again, no response.

10.0Very well equipped apartment, clean, all amenities available. A great deal of care and attention was given to this accomodation. We had a superb stay with everything you could ever need. Great communication with the host too.
