8.0Fairly basic but great location the only downside is the late check-in at 5pm, otherwise perfect.

6.0Everything was average. Location is very good, very central. Room quiet big, but cheap flooring, cheap matress, extremely small tv there was mold in shower of room 6, no lift. I was a bit disappointed.

10.0I like breakfast in the dining room. I have stayed many times, and each room is different. The rooms are gorgeous, with unique furniture and wallpaper. The cathedral is just down the street. The staff are really pleasant and helpful.

8.0Its an older style hotel so the steps creak a lot everyone can hear you move but its okay nothiing bad about it. I like the the area mostly its near the cathedral. The owner went out out of his way after hours to help dispiste me not being good at speaking French. I would stay here again

8.0We were disappointed the Hotel was unmanned when we arrived early morning meaning we had to lug our luggage around until 5pm over cobbled streets, in the heat of the day, as there was nowhere to store our luggage. However, the Hotel was comfortable despite no air-conditioning. The Hotel is in a convenient location for walking to the Notre Dame Cathedral, eateries and old town by the river. Breakfast was basic but gave us a good start to the day. Initially there was a language barrier as the service team do not speak English but we overcame this by using sign language and kept communication short and precise. Stairs are narrow and steep because the Hotel is very old. It could do with a little maintenance. We didn't let this ruin our stay.
