Thankfully, they agreed to refund us quickly, and we checked into another hotel. I have to say, that part was handled very well.

8.0Being a private managed apartment but still able to use facilities of the Accor property. We received a great deal with all the amenities of a beautiful resort
− I found the lagoon pool was very warm possibly having the temperature slightly cooler to be a it more refreshing in a hot humid day

It was perfect size and location for our little family. The kids spent most of each day in the pools
9.0The complex was great, not too overcrowded. Able to get sun loungers for the pool easily and find our way around. Short walk into Palm Cove Main Street
− The outdoor areas of the building were a bit unclean and could use a wash down - bird poo and the like. But we wouldn't have used the balcony in the second room anyway.
Would highly recommend to friends and family, the only reason we didn’t give a 10 was the bbq!

− Using the kitchen was a little difficult due to smoke and setting of the fire alarm. Would have used the bbq more but it was not suitable to cook for a family of 4. The front lock was also a big issue as it took us a long time to open the door each time due to the air pressure. Sometimes it took us more than 10mins to get inside
