10.0Esame nuolatiniai svečiai , tikriausiai vienas geriausių viešbučių su paslaugomis Lietuvoje.
− Paprastai komentarų nepalieku, bet šį kartą dėl ateities tobulėjimo :) užsisakėme viešbutyje liukso kambarį paskutinę minutę , gavome patvirtinimą iš booking, jog viskas gerai, bet viešbučio sistemoje užsakymo niekaip nesimatė. Laukėme kantriai ir viskas būtų ok, jei nebūtume buvę su kūdikiu, kuris norėjo valgyti. Iš administratorės nebuvo jokios empatijos ir ji tiesiog laukė sistemoje užsakymo nors per booking paskyrą prisijungus jį matė. Po valandos sukilus emocijomis dėl vaiko paprašiau pakviesti vadovą. Dar buvo perklausta ar tikrai reikia :) situacija buvo sutvarkyta per minutę. Ačiū už tai ir norisi tik pastebėti, kad kai registratūroje gyvas žmogus norisi pagalbos esant neeilinei situacijai, o ne šabloniško atsakymo. Tam tikriausiai būtų savitarna. Situacija išsprendė tuo metu, kai fojė jau jungėme mišinio darymo aparatą :) situacija nejuokinga, bet prisimins ilgai .
