10.0Very clean room and bathroom, quiet and comfortable. The self check-in was clear and easy, the building was also easy to find and close to the touristic center (10-15 minutes walking), bus stops (easy to get from-to the train station), a supermarket & mini market, and restaurants. The rooms are at the top floor with no elevator (3 floors to climb, ~60 steps), but it was manageable. It was essential to rest after days of sightseeing such a beautiful city!

6.0There was no hot water at all for the first day and a half so the showers were freezing. No sheets on the second bed. Staff that i communicated with prior were very nice but didn’t see any staff while we were there. Great location. Easy access

4.0The room had no hot water, so the host suggested we use the common bathroom, which also had no hot water. We spoke with other guests and they were having the same experience. The hot water heater area in our bathroom had tools laying out which made me think that they knew it was an issue and it was not corrected when we arrived. The room itself was great and the location is good.
