10.0We had such an incredible stay, and a huge part of that was thanks to the receptionist. She genuinely has a heart of gold. From the moment we arrived she was warm, welcoming and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her kindness and positive energy made a massive difference to our experience. It’s rare to come across someone who cares that much and it really showed. She made our stay feel special and we’re so grateful. Absolute legend.
