10.0The apartment was spacious, tidy and the owner was very kind with us. The weather was warm so she provided a fan on request for our use. The location is very close to the Ulm city with frequent train and bus connections. The bus stop is 2 minutes walk and the train stop is 5-7 minutes walk from the apartment.

9.0Sauberes kleines Zimmer mit allem was man für eine Pause braucht Großer Gemeinschaftsraum um sich essen oder Kaffee zu machen Modernes und Blitz sauberes Badezimmer
− Ständiges kommen und gehen kann auch etwas nerven wenn man ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss vor dem Parkplatz hat, aber die Fenster sind gut isoliert. Ich fand es etwas zu teuer im Vergleich. Ein Bett mit 1,4 breite ist für mich kein Doppelbett

5.0Easy check in and out, location was great for my purpose, quiet (exept banging of the super heavy doors in the hall and entrance). Non Smoking building (except balconies but I didn't have one so didn't have to dseal wth this and the smone of neighbours didn't reach me)
− Mouldy, I communicated a perfume/scent alleergy and I don't kkow what they used, I gardly couldn't beeath. I removed lal visible room refreshers, but still. Maybe they spraywd the walls. I really don't know. not recommened for allergic people.

10.0La cama muy cómoda, servicio de cocina, lavadora...parking gratuito. y por supuesto, poder apagar la calefacción. ¿Por qué en Alemania en todos los sitios tienen la calefación tan alta? Todo súper bien!
