Attentive staff and rural location near Ellora
10.0This is a training center, so don't expect high-end hotel service. The staff was VERY attentive, though. Just a little rough around the edges. Our food was custom made to order and we always had three or four waiters to take care of us. The courtyard and surrounding areas is beautiful. Clearly they take pride in their gardens. The rooms are clean, but very basic. The mattress was hard by U.S. standards. There was no comfortable seating area in the room. Honestly there wasn't room for it. I'd suggest they add comfortable seating in the courtyard area to make up for it. The location is out in the countryside which was very nice, but there's not much to do after dark. It was great being so close to Ellora and the fort, and we enjoyed having a retreat from the city. Having WiFi is a must as your cell phone may not work well. Mine didn't.
