Run down, over-grown, scattered mess that is hard to find.

− I’m truly baffled by the positive feedback here. What you see in the photos is not what you get at the “resort.” Had been driving for 5 hours and the entrance was really hard to find. Had to do repeated U turns on a busy road till I finally spotted it. I needed to change my reservation from 6 nights to 5 nights but was completely ignored and she set off with a key to a room I didn’t know the number of. I get in my car and drive down the row of cell blocks and she is nowhere to be seen. I’m at cell blocks 8 and she scurries out of god knows which room and heads back to the office. Didn’t think to wait for me to get a visual on which cell I had. Anyway, after that confusion, all I wanted to do was washy hands to get that sticky steering wheel grime off me. No soap or hand wash in the bathroom. When I asked for some she said just use the shower gel. Right, OK. Then I spot the shower. Black tiles with (what I hoped was) soap scum. Photo attached. Then I took a walk of the grounds to take in the boutique lux grandeur that was featured on booking.com. Photos attached. Overgrown grass, thigh high weeds, few deck chairs that looked like they had been arranged by a cyclone, chipped paint on the “bar” and umbrellas strewn around by the same cyclone I suspect. Definitely not a 5 night accommodation so promptly cancelled and went to VS Welcome Resort. Bit tough to find the first try but once you know I highly recommend.
