7.0Locatie foarte buna, exista o incapere cu acces limitat pentru depozitarea bicicletelor, Petrsonal amabil , am primit harta si informatii de la receptie, foarte curat si amenajat cu bun gust! Curtea interioara are si rol de terasa, dragut amenajata, regasesti o atmosfera tipic austriaca.
− Locurile de parcare sunt contra cost si trebuie facuta rezervare pentru acestea pt ca sunt doar 6 locuri de parcare. Cand am facut rezervarea, pe site-ul hotelului scria ca locul de parcare este gratuit, ei bine nu este! Cine este amator de liniste ar putea fi deranjat de zgomotul tipic pentru o gradina de vara pentru ca multe camere au ferestrele spre curtea interioara.
Összességében kellemes, tiszta és jó elhelyezkedésű szállás, kedves személyzettel, kisebb kényelmi hiányosságokkal.
8.0A szállás elhelyezkedése kedvező, viszonylag központi részen található, így a város könnyen bejárható. A belső kialakítás szép, igényes, mindenhol tisztaság volt tapasztalható. A szobák rendezettek, naponta takarították őket, ami különösen kellemes volt. Tetszett, hogy a fürdőszoba és a mellékhelyiség külön helyiségben volt. A reggeli kínálata nem volt túl változatos, nagyjából minden nap ugyanazt kínálták, azonban minden szükséges megtalálható volt: különböző péksütemények, tojás, zöldségek, felvágottak, joghurt stb. A reggelinél dolgozó személyzet kifejezetten kedves és segítőkész volt, mindig volt egy-egy barátságos szavuk. Pozitívum még, hogy a kerékpárral érkezők számára külön biciklitároló állt rendelkezésre.
− A szobánkban a légkondicionáló nem működött megfelelően. Az első napon hiába állítottuk 18 °C-ra, a hőmérséklet nem csökkent 26 °C alá, így inkább a párás, fülledt levegő volt zavaró. A problémát jeleztük, és a személyzet segítőkészen állt hozzá. Sajnos a minibár hűtője sem működött a szobában, ami szintén kellemetlenséget okozott. Továbbá fontos megjegyezni, hogy a felső emeleti szobák csak lépcsőn közelíthetők meg, ami bizonyos vendégek számára nehézséget jelenthet.

− Un dispozitiv din interiorul hotelului scotea un bip la fiecare minut. Nu am reușit să înțeleg de unde provenea. După ce m-am obișnuit cu acest sunet de fond și când dormeam mai bine, la ora 6:30 dimineață a început să se taie iarba cu un zgomot infernal. Nu exista ora de liniste in Austria?

10.0Ich war nur eine Nacht im Das Stadthaus und habe mich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, ruhig und das Bett wunderbar bequem. Besonders schön fand ich die Kaffeemaschine am Zimmer – den ersten Kaffee am Morgen ganz in Ruhe genießen zu können, ist ein kleines Extra, das ich sehr geschätzt habe. Mein persönliches Highlight war der romantische Innenhof – einfach wunderschön gestaltet. Das Frühstück war frisch, abwechslungsreich und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Ein charmantes Boutiquehotel mit persönlicher Atmosphäre, das ich gerne weiterempfehle.
