4.0чистотата в стаите и самата стая.
− като започна с това че бяхме в най ския хотел и всичко беше много далеч от нас вместо да е всичко до теб повече персонал не говори английски камо ли пък български,поисках да ми се върнат парите и да си тръгна на 2рия ден още имах 3 нощувки нямали такава опция неустоиката била точно 3 нощувки съответно преди това ме попитаха сигурно ако бях казал 4 щеше да е 4 нощувки не остойката но както и да е.От самото ми престигане което може би е умишлено да те настаняват след 14:30 а обяда е до 14:00 пристигнах в 15:00 попитах има ли нещо за ядене ами след 16:00 до 18:00 имаме сладки работи попитах а нормална храна ами не сандвичи който сандвичи бяха на 10 15 мин пеша от хотела крайно безотговорно нещо това с храната вечерята започва в 19:00 до 21:30 като има забавления за деца и възрастни който започват от 20:00 до 21:30 (на другия край на комплекса) тоест ти избираш да гледаш забавленията или да ядеш ако избереш забавленията после имаш късна вечеря от 22:30 която отново е сандвичи което е покъртително и другото което е може ли се да си в хотел 5 звезди и за вечеря да предлагаш 3 вида риба херинга риба меч и СКУМРИЯ това е за 5 нощувки едно и също меню храната е под всякаква критика.
