Great hotel and location.
8.0Great location by Launceston Castle and town centre. Lovely breakfast. Great views on balcony restaurant/bar was nice modern clean. Comfortable bed. Easy to park.
− Room was dated but was a standard room but clean and fan didn't work but air con fan was put in room as well. Lovely building but needs some touch ups and some windows needed a clean. But overall a lovely hotel with lots of character.

− Tatty worn carpets and the interior needs a repaint. Not enough toilet roll in the room with no air con but for a plug in unit that made so much noise it has to be switched off. The sash window wouldn't open more than 4 inches so on a hot night it's not enough air into the room.
Lovely hotel with beautiful views and great food
9.0We had dinner here with friends which was amazing, my partner suffers with food allergies and the staff were brilliant, checking back with him on the changes they would make to his choice to accomodate his issues. Our room was comfortable and clean, maybe just a couple of homely touches, a picture on the wall and some colourful cushions to give it a bit of colour. will certainly be back
