− We were disappointed that Mr.Monkey restaurant was closed on Monday :( I will recommend to not come on Monday if you plan to stay for one night😃 Probably, we need to come back again.

− Das Frühstück war nichts Spezielles. Am Montag-Abend hatte im Ort kein Restaurant offen, wir mussten mit den Fahrrädern nach Sarnen fahren.
Not a normal hotel experience - would not stay again.
2.0Good location and the room was spacious.
− We had tons of flies in our room when we arrived. We called to get assistance and there is no assistance available. You call a number and they just tell you to "send an email". We had to fight to get assistance, which came at midnight when they offered us to switch rooms. At that point it was too late. Awful customer experience - automation is to save the company money at the expense of the customer experience.
