− Телевизоры не работали, кондиционер не работал, примерно сутки не было горячей воды. Персонал грубый. Так как карта не работало мы оплатили наличными и в конце получилось так что нашу оплату у себя не провели и нас удержали до выяснении обстоятельств из за халатности сотрудника мы чувствовали себя оскорбленным.
