We are very disappointed right from the moment of arival. We could not get the key from the box locked next to our door, we rang salah the supervisor but he didn’t answer. After a 9 hour journey with 3 very tired children and no way to make contact to get in wasn’t good. Then toilet with an empty soap container 5 tea 5 coffee sachets for 5 people for four days and the would not give us any more, the room wasn’t clean. The shower head does not turn off. Constantly runs. The bed lights in main room had no power point to plug into. Toilet leaks onto floor. The sheets in second bed smelt unclean. Stepping into a bath for a shower for a senior was bad. Two of us suffered from dust allergies hear. The laundry facilities was dreadful. Out in a back yard overgrown in long gras weeds cigarette butts and rubbish. It took 5 hours to get the washing and drying. Clothes pegs on a clothes line would be a good option. We would never recommend this place or come back. This place needs lots of maintenance plumber painter carpet cleaner electricians. Very sub standard .not what the pictures show. Old and run down not clean ammenities not fuctiining. Very disappointed 😔 stay

We appreciated the layout and the beds. Some things were annoying, but not a big deal. The kitchen faucet needs repair and the hot water is really hot!

Good location, accommodation is okay for the price

From Bondi Beach this is 15 mins walk (slightly uphill) and many good cafes within 10 mins walk. Apartment is the ground level of a house, so you hear every footfall and conversation and plumbing from the people upstairs. Okay for us as they were fairly quiet when we were there, but could be very annoying for some people. Would be better if the communal bins were moved away from the bedroom windows so you don't get woken up every time someone uses the bin. Comfort level is good for most of the year but could be really hot in summer as you cannot leave windows open (no fly screens so very unsecure). On-street parking is free and we regularly found a park within about 800m. Might be harder in height of summer though. Free laundry and dryers are very helpful - you need them as the bathroom has not yet been fitted with a shower curtain so you are towelling up water all over the floor after every shower. Overall okay as it is cheaper than other accommodation in the area.

Terrible bath, nowhere to store clothes, WiFi non existent, spent many hours trying to get help from “resident manager” who lived 30 mins away. A very very disappointing experience and I have no confidence with booking with Expedia.

Flat in Bondi

Nice sized flat in good area however only seemed half finished. Bed side lamps with no sockets to plug into! Bath needs replacing. Tap in kitchen loose. No extension cords for aircons. Pictures on floor not wall. All these things plus more need addressing
