3.0Na plus zdecydowanie zasługuje lokalizacja – Cala Gonone jest przepiękne i stanowi świetną bazę wypadową do zwiedzania okolicy.
− Pokoje są małe, ale wystarczające. Niestety wymagają odświeżenia, a po wejściu czuć nieprzyjemny zapach wilgoci i pleśni. Już na recepcji goście powinni być informowani o zasadach obowiązujących w restauracji. Każdej rodzinie zostaje przydzielony stolik na cały pobyt i nie można siadać przy innym, o czym nikt nas wcześniej nie poinformował. W restauracji panuje ogromny chaos. Na bardzo dużą salę przypada zaledwie dwóch kelnerów, którzy sprawiają wrażenie przemęczonych i niewyspanych. Stoły nie są sprzątane na bieżąco, unosi się nieprzyjemny zapach, a jedzenie, które się kończy, często nie jest uzupełniane. Podobnie jest ze sztućcami. Obsługa nie należy do uprzejmych – momentami można odnieść wrażenie, jakby goście im przeszkadzali. Strach nawet poprosić o konkretny kawałek mięsa. Śniadania są bardzo słabe. Dominują słodkie produkty, a z wytrawnych do wyboru są głównie jajecznica z proszku, jajka gotowane (których szybko brakuje), parówki, bekon i warzywa. Już trzeciego dnia mieliśmy ich dość. Obiady i kolacje były zdecydowanie lepsze i zawsze można było znaleźć coś dla siebie. W opcji Half Board do obiadu i kolacji dostępna jest jedynie woda oraz lokalne piwo i wino. Do śniadania podawane są woda, soki i kawa. Dużym minusem jest również Wi-Fi, które działa wyłącznie w okolicy recepcji. Podsumowując – nie polecam tego hotelu, szczególnie biorąc pod uwagę jego cenę. Cztery gwiazdki są zdecydowanie na wyrost.

− Cibo di scarsa qualità nonostante “l’ampia varietà” del buffet di cui parlano, organizzazione generale caotica e gestione poco efficace. Gestione delle allergie poco rassicurante (impossibilità di garantire l’assenza di contaminazione crociata) e pulizia che non mi è sembrata all’altezza.

− No pudimos dormir bien por el bullicio de los vecinos. Musica y gritos. El alojamiento no se hizo cargo. Ademas es inaceptable que no cuente con wifi. La limpieza, el mobiliario, la cama y el olor un horror.

− Mesas reservadas ao jantar. Foi-nos dada uma mesa durante 2 dias, mas depois retiram a mesa pq não éramos plus. Foi bastante desagradável. As minhas filhas já estavam sentadas e foram expulsas. Situação muito desagradável com o responsável das mesas.
