Being able to bring dogs supplied everything we needed

− Could do with a upgrade refresh

We are frequent Port Fairy visitors. We have stayed in a number of locations this one rates highly.

1. Key safe was where it was indicated and easy to use. 2. Lounge was large and comfortable and TV large and easy to view. Like the selection of books, We left a number we had read and added to the collection. 3. Electric BBQ was great and easy to use. 4. House was close to Eastern Beach and able to walk to beach easily. 5. House close to town center. 5. Very quite area, no disturbances at night.

− 1. Bean bags stuffed in back closet had been damaged by others and spilled beans, dangerous to animals and children, Hearns kindly removed and disposed of. 2. Fridge was not functioning for a number of days and engaged agency to resolve. Turns out has completely up iced up and ice blocking cooling channels into fridge from freezer. Needs to be better defrosted in future. Was kindly fixed by Hearns maintenance. 3. Electric BBQ had not been cleaned for some time but we cleaned it as best as we could with aluminum pan stained and may required more vigorous cleaning. 4. There was regular building and construction noise from adjacent property (qt rear) earlier in the morning (afternoons was much more quite) at times annoying for a holiday destination but I guess got us up and out of bed.

Brilliant house, clean, modern, comfortable….

House was modern and well presented. Location to the Main Street and walking facilities were also superb.

We had a really lovely stay! We really enjoyed the location and would be happy to come back!

Great location (literally opposite the beach), easy walk into town. We didn't really need to use the car at all. The property was comfortable and met what we needed! We'd happily recommend and be happy to come back!

− n/a If anything it was slightly dated but it was cosy and otherwise fairly well appointed:)

We traveled with our elderly father, so having downstairs for him was great.

The location was close to numerous walks along the beach, river and township. The house was very clean and comfortable, well appointed. We were able to cook ourselves an easy dinner!

− Perhaps some handrails in the shower downstairs for those of us not so nimble getting in and out of a shower over bath.

Great, would love to visit again, except for little things

− A small table for resting drinks etc while watching tv, At least one side bedside table in the bedroom downstairs. The outside could be a bit cleaner essentially walking through the cobwebs , garage very dirty
