Wonderful, extremely relaxing.

Most amazing studio right on the beach. It’s actually mind blowing how good the location is. Very easy to be grateful for life sitting there overlooking the ocean. Owners were super friendly and up for a chat.

− Bed was pretty bad, firm but not in a good way. We stayed 3 nights and I was pretty sore from three nights in that bed. But that is the only thing you could fault. The property is amazing.

− Could have a few more utensils in kitchen ie. chopping board and sharp knife so guests can make a sandwich etc.

We really enjoyed the views, easy access to the beach for walks and a short drive into Port Fairy for walks and food/

The penthouse room has a fantastic view of the beach and coastline, making it well worth staying a couple of kilometres outside of the centre of Port Fairy. Its an easy walk from the property down to the beach and lots of potentil for walking on the beach and the rocks. Even saw a manta ray in the bay. A large room with a fantastic view from the bed and a nice walk through robe to the ensuite made a proper space for the luggage and to hang clothes. Kitchen was just fine for breakfast.

− For a "penthouse" just an ensuite was perhaps a bit underdone. I really didn't appreciate twice daily emails and texts from the managing agents telling us it was our job to put the bins out. Cleaning and bins is the owners/agents job. And since the driveway is about 400m long, this was simply ridiculous. We ignored the instructions and someone else (perhaps the people who live in one of the units put them out.
