Nice motel, shame about the bed mattress but everything thing else was great.

7.0the location is excellent and nearby the waterfront, walking distance of restaurants, our room was spacious
− the room was not that sound proof, we could not sleep from outside noise of others which subsided after midnight but with kids it would be too much
