10.0Nestled in the heart of Tuscany, it was the perfect base for exploring the area, just a short drive from Greve in Chianti and the renowned restaurant owned by Trudie and Sting. The location offered breathtaking countryside views, peaceful surroundings, and easy access to charming villages, wineries, and local attractions.

10.0Anwesen von Verkehrsstraße ausreichend entfernt, dass Lage sehr ruhig ist (aber auch nicht viel Verkehr). Wohnung sehr großzügig, sehr sauber und alles vorhanden (auch Waschmaschine). In der Küche alles vorhanden. Parkplatz relativ groß, dass Rangieren null Probleme bereitete (auch 2 E-Ladesäulen vorhanden). Lage für die östliche Erkundung des Chianti-Gebietes, Florenz und Arezzo sehr gut.
− Poolpumpe war auf der Terasse zu hören. Lief immer wieder für eine halbe Stunde. Aussicht in die Landschaft war auf der Terasse nicht gegeben (dafür aber Windgeschützt). Stühle waren für längeres Sitzen nicht sehr bequem.
