− Beds and pillows were very hard, next to no padding between the springs so you can feel them.
Fantastic stay in a lovely historic hotel - exceeded expectations. Definitely worth the price!
10.0Beautiful room, gorgeous decor, large space with high ceilings. Great amenities, much better than many 4-star hotels I have been to. Really friendly, helpful staff. Clean room and comfortable bed. The breakfast food was also lovely, and well presented.
− Room was slightly stuffy or hot but this was likely due to hot post-heatwave weather! This was greatly mitigated/helped thanks to hotel providing 3 fans (!) for free, which really helped us be comfortable despite the very hot July weather.
