A very satisfying trip
10.0Jyozankei Daiichi Hotel Suizantei is a very nice place to stay for a rest. I had a very pleasant day here, you can take a bath, and the hotel also offers free food in the lounge. The staff are all very good, and the lady answering the phone, Michiiko Kanagawa, was very patient. I would choose this hotel again.
Pricey but the upgraded shared spaces and dining make up for it
10.0Luxurious refurbished hotel in a fantastic hot spring area. The hotel had so many fantastic amenities and was a modern and peaceful place to stay. The price was worth it for all of the gorgeous lounge spaces, in-house bookstore and library, great hot springs, and delicious dining. The rooms were a bit dated but the rest of the upgraded hotel made up for it. Everything was comfortable.
Hidden gem
10.0Visited as a 3-generation family - including elderly grandparents. We loved the coziness of the hotel. Rooms were great and staff super friendly. Facilities including onsen were clean and well maintained. We loved the location off the main road but walking distance to nature spots. Autumn is a fantastic time to experience the Jozankei Daiichi Hotel Suizantei, embedded in autumn foliage and offering seasonal delicacies on their dinner menu
