Terrible dinner service, we had to wait 1 hour to learn that what we asker was not in the menu . We had so good reviews about the breakfast and were presented with an ordinary food, when we said we were disappointed they told us they had forgotten to give us the rest of the food or that they could not serve what is usually on the menu 🙄 very very disappointing overall.

A Three Star Hotel with Five Star Appearance

My wife was quite unhappy that for a hotel that claims it is taking extra pandemic preventive measures, it wasn't so clean. The light switches were filthy and most of the surfaces had not been thoroughly cleaned. This is a three star hotel that looks like a five star and charges five star prices. The breakfast is fabulous, but on Saturday morning, they seemed unprepared for breakfast service. This may be because they only appeared to have one other room rented that night. The staff were nice, but not service oriented, but the breakfast waiter and bartender were quite good. The hotel is in a great location for visiting Gaziantep. They have free valet parking, which is good and there is easy access to your car. I appreciated that they checked the temperature of everyone entering and the staff wore masks.

The property was very unique and romantic however there was a strong musty smell in the room, the bathroom door did not close properly, and the noise (mainly music coming from the restaurant terrace) was very loud. The food at the hotel restaurant was fantastic, I would definitely eat there again but would not likely stay there again.

The oldest hotel I have ever stayed in. Beautiful building and decor. Best breakfast in Turkey. Helpful staff. Arranged a very good excursion to Sanliurfa. Everything was good.
